Dr. Rayna Stoyanova graduated Medical University in Sofia in 2011.
Her interest in the field of metabolism&nutrition dates from her university years.
She had her medical experience in Paris near to prominent names in the field of diabetology&nutrition, such as Prof. Gautier, Prof. Carel, Prof. Ducan, as well as various health, catering and wellness companies that expand her expertise and approach to the patient.
After graduating, she started as resident medical doctor at University Hospital “Lozenets” in Sofia in the department of Internal Medicine.
This hospital is popular with its transplantology successes in Bulgaria and Rayna Stoyanova moved into hepatology department – “exciting experience and real action,” she says for the work there.
At this moment she is pursuing her speciality in endocrinology and metabolic disorders in the Clinic of Endocrinology for treatment of metabolic disorders and dietetics of University Hospital “Tsaritsa Yoanna-ISUL” and she is also doing her PhD on the field of Nutrition.

She is also consulting doctor for NutriGen.
Dr. Stoyanova participates in various projects related to healthy and balanced nutrition in the country, trainings and seminars on various topics related to nutrition.
Her scientific interests are mainly related to nutrition in various diseases, nutrition in athletes, microbiome, liver diseases and metabolic syndrome.
She is a member of the Bulgarian Association of Nutrition and Dietetics, Bulgarian Society of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (BULSPEN), Bulgarian Society of Endocrinology, European Association of Parenteral and Enteral nutrition (ESPEN), American Association Of Parenteral and Enteral nutrition (ASPEN), International Association of Obesity (TOS) The International Association of Sports Nutrition (ISSN), the Bulgarian Fitness Association (BFS).
